The role leads the development and delivery of high quality visual and interactive materials that advance the organization’s brand, communication, and business objectives. This role applies advanced creative expertise and professional judgment to manage complex initiatives, improve creative processes, and deliver effective solutions that balance brand consistency, stakeholder needs, and organizational priorities.

Job Duties:

  • Lead the concept development, design, and execution of print and digital assets, including brochures, applications, advertisements, websites, blogs, and other visual communications.
  • Translate complex business objectives and messaging into compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards and audience expectations.
  • Manage creative projects or small programs with defined scope, resources, and risks, maintaining accountability for outcomes and deliverables.
  • Apply best practices and experienced judgment to solve multifaceted creative challenges, adapting approaches to new or changing situations.
  • Select and tailor design methods and tools to address initiatives with cross functional considerations or competing priorities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to influence creative direction, recommend solutions, and contribute to collaborative problem solving.
  • Ensure brand integrity, quality, and usability across all deliverables by interpreting and applying guidelines in varied contexts.
  • Analyze project outcomes, feedback, or trends to identify opportunities for improving creative effectiveness, workflows, or standards.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, or review of work for less experienced creative team members to support skill development and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accountability for timelines, resources, and the overall quality of assigned initiatives with minimal day to day oversight.

Essential Skills:

  • Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Required Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma strongly preferred
  • Advanced expertise in design principles, branding, visual storytelling, and digital and print production.
  • Proven ability to lead complex creative initiatives and adapt established practices to evolving business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or novel situations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to mentor others and contribute at a senior professional level.

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR & Marlborough, MA: $83,000 - $99,500 annually + annual bonus
